Free shipping

 

Orders over R1,500 qualify for free economy shipping.

Exception: bulky/heavy items (Awnings, Bull Bars, Roof Top Tents, Suspension Kits, and other oversized products) are not covered by free shipping. These are charged separately, calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

Delivery times (economy)

 

  • Main centres: 2–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–5 business days

These times start after 24 hours of warehouse processing — they don't include that processing day.

 

Order updates

 

You'll receive an email when you check out, and another with tracking details once your order ships.

 

If your delivery arrives damaged

 

  • Package badly damaged, contents look affected: refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
  • Box looks damaged but you're not sure about the contents: accept the delivery, but write the damage on the delivery slip before you sign.
  • Never sign for a damaged package without noting it in writing — couriers require this for insurance claims.

 

Delayed or damaged orders

 

Contact us immediately if your order is late or arrives damaged. We'll resolve it as fast as possible.
