Terms and Conditions – Win the Ultimate 4x4 Makeover Worth Over R200,000

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is IRONMAN 4X4 AFRICA (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition Period

This competition runs from 1 July 2025 – 30 September 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

• The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
• Employees, directors, agents, suppliers, and immediate family members of the Promoter or any affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.
• Entry is limited to individuals with a valid South African ID.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, scan the QR code displayed in participating stores and complete the entry form in full.
• Only one entry per person will be allowed.
• Bonus entries will be awarded to entrants who share a photo of themselves at the store location on social media and tag the Promoter.
• Incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

• Main Prize – One (1) winner will receive a 4x4 vehicle makeover valued at over R200,000, consisting of:
  • IRONMAN 4X4: Bull Bar, Suspension, Spotlights
  • IRONMAN 4X4 & Victron: Battery System Charger & Solar solutions
  • TWT: Yokohama Geolandar X-AT G016 265/70 R 17 118
  • A-Line Wheels: 4x4 Wheels up to 17”
  • Melvill & Moon: Seat Covers
  • Front Runner: Roof Rack
• Runner Up Prize – One (1) winner will receive an IRONMAN 4X4 Voucher to the value of R10,000.00 only.
• Third Prize – One (1) winner will receive a Cadac Stove & Utensils set to the value of R2,000.00
• Final product specifications and compatibility with the winner’s vehicle may vary and are subject to supplier availability and vehicle suitability. The Promoter reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value.
• All prize values are approximate and are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted on or before 1 October 2025.
• The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided on the entry form within 5 working days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

7. Prize Redemption

• The prize will be redeemed through designated service providers and must be claimed and/or acknowledged by 14 October 2025.
• The winner may be required to deliver and collect their vehicle to a specified location for the makeover at their own expense.

8. Publicity and Marketing

• By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
• The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will only be used for the purposes of this competition.
