Warranty Terms and Conditions.

IRONMAN 4X4 Pty. Ltd, through its appointed agent, Suspension Solutions, warrants that its products are manufactured to S.A.E.- Society of Automotive Engineers – specifications for the particular product.  IRONMAN 4X4 further warrants that all Ironman 4×4 products sold here under are free from defects in material and workmanship. IRONMAN 4X4 Pty. Ltd. will, through its appointed agent, Suspension Solutions, at its sole option, repair or replace any products supplied by it which are found to be defective in either materials or workmanship. Repair or replacement is preconditioned on the examination of the goods by IRONMAN 4X4 Pty. Ltd, through its appointed agent, Suspension Solutions, and, if requested by IRONMAN 4X4 Pty. Ltd, through its appointed agent, Suspension Solutions, returns the goods to Suspension Solutions. No products are to be returned to Suspension Solutions without written consent or pre-authorisation.

  • Suspension – 3 Year 60,000km Warranty (whichever shall expire first)

IRONMAN 4X4, through its appointed agent, Suspension Solutions, warrants the original buyer, only when purchased and installed new via an authorized IRONMAN 4X4 distributors, from date of sale/installation (whichever shall transpire first).

The product is warranted against defects in material or workmanship that cause the product to perform below the specified limits set by Ironman 4×4, to the extent that IRONMAN 4X4 will repair or replace any parts which are found to be defective.

All warranty claims must be submitted via original purchasing store or chain, unless otherwise arranged.

Proof of original purchase must be presented upon request.

Products may require being returned to Ironman 4×4 for assessment or repair.  Postage and removal costs involved are not the responsibility of IRONMAN 4X4, and may only be considered upon discretion by IRONMAN 4X4 in the event of such claim being verified.

The warranty does NOT apply where 1) acts of neglect or misuse are evident, 2) product has been modified, 3) vehicles which are modified or not the recommended vehicle of use, 4) used in racing or competition conditions without the prior consent of IRONMAN 4X4, 5) used beyond the expectations of the original vehicle manufacturer and 6) fair wear and tear.

Before installation of any product, please ensure you have received the correct parts for your application.

The ordering of the correct parts is the responsibility of the buyer.   Return of a product in an un-used condition will attract a 10% restock fee, where Suspension Solutions is not at fault.

Return of used or soiled product, 1) outside the warranty period, 2) without fault, will result in refusal of your claim and be returned at the buyer’s expense.

Damage to products through fitment error is not covered under warranty.

SUSPENSION WARRANTIES WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED WHEN ALL OF THE BELOW CRITERIA HAVE BEEN MET. SUSPENSION SOLUTIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUTE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS IN RESPECT OF THIS PRODUCT WARRANTY SHOULD ANY OF THE BELOW CRITERIA NOT EXIST.

All suspension components are to be installed by an approved IRONMAN 4X4 fitment center as so deemed by Suspension Solutions. All products will, therefore, be deemed to be WITHOUT WARRANTY should the fitment of any Ironman 4×4 components be carried out by any other party than an approved Ironman 4×4 fitment center.

The use of an official Ironman 4×4 Suspension Warranty Form is mandatory for the fitment of any IRONMAN 4X4 component. Failure to complete this form will render all products WITHOUT WARRANTY.

All IRONMAN 4X4 Suspension Warranty Forms are to be completed ACCURATELY and in FULL. Failure to comply with this will render the Warranty Form Null and Void and all product WITHOUT WARRANTY.

A copy of the IRONMAN 4X4 Suspension Warranty Form is to be signed by the vehicle owner at the time of the 500km post fitment check and thereafter submitted to Suspension Solutions for registration. 500km post fitment checks are to be executed by the original fitment center. Should the customer elect to have the check done at another Ironman 4×4 dealer, any costs incurred will be for the customer’s account. The onus falls upon the original Ironman 4×4 fitment center to ensure that the completed Suspension Warranty Form is sent to Suspension Solutions for registration. Should the 500km post fitment check be done by another IRONMAN 4X4 fitment center at the discretion of the customer, the onus falls upon the customer to ensure that the warranty form is submitted to Suspension Solutions.

Completed warranty forms are to be submitted to Suspension Solutions no later than 60 days after execution of the 500km check. Failure to comply with this will render the product WITHOUT WARRANTY.
